About Founders
About Founders
Mrs. Radha Nandakumar
Mrs Radha Nandakumar is the founder and chairperson of Gurukulalm Integrated Centre for Children with Special Needs. She is a special educator with vast experience in special schools, community based rehabilitation and inclusive education schools. She has led efforts in developing tailored curricula and training teachers in special and mainstream education.
Her achievements include co-authoring a diploma course on disability management, creating educational resources with CEMCA, and raising autism awareness through a short film PERANBUDAN in 2018 and though various activities every year.
Mrs Radha has presented papers at national conferences and continues her relentless efforts towards inclusion through her Centre for special education.

Supriya Nair
Supriya Nair is a Trustee at Gurukulam and a dedicated advocate for vocational training. As the mother of a special child, she brings personal passion to her work, training individuals with special needs in catering. Supriya holds a Master’s in Finance from Osmania University and has passed the ICWAI Inter Level.
With a background in teaching at Chinmaya Vidyalaya and tutoring underprivileged children, she later transitioned to her passion for cooking.
Supriya is now a successful home caterer and food consultant for star hotels, where she combines her culinary expertise with her commitment to empowerment.

N. Srinivasa Raghavan is an IT professional, having logged 32 years in the IT industry. He is deeply committed to the cause of bettering the lives of specially-abled children, and their integration into the mainstream.
